PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Broderick Jones is battling the same groin issue he had during training camp, the left tackle said on Thursday. Jones said he returned to practice on Thursday with much of his usual workload, but the groin issue popping was ‘annoying.’
Jones says the injury is a ‘minor tweak’ but with his participation in practice on Thursday, that would signal good news for him, and that he will likely be able to play.
Along with starting left guard Isaac Seumalo being limited due to a pec injury, the entire left side of the Steelers’ offensive line ended up on the injury report the first two days of the week.
