A man who claimed to be from the United Kingdom was found with fake identification on him after he was charged with the death of a driver while allegedly fleeing from police , according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
The incident unfolded on Nov. 9 just after 5:30 p.m. when a worker at PNS Gas and Food Mart called police to report two men who were drunk, officials said.

An employee at that gas station had told NBC10 on Sunday that he was the one who had called police just before the crash happened because several people were causing a disturbance there.
