BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A cocaine dealer in the Treasure Valley will spend 10 years in federal prison for funneling cocaine into Idaho, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho.
William Charles Jones, 34, of St. Louis, traveled to Missouri to buy kilos of cocaine, then ship them to himself in Idaho. From there he distributed the drugs “... through several midlevel distributors,” according to the release. Jones also purchased 2 kilograms of cocaine in Canada, and that package was seized at the U.S.-Canada border.
Further investigation led to the discovery of distribution supplies in his garage, as well as 1.5 kilograms of cocaine in brick form, five 1-ounce bundles of cocaine and psilocybin mushroom bars. Sixteen firearms were found and, acc
