NEW YORK—AT&T, one of the nation’s largest telecommunications providers, finalized a $177 million settlement in March 2025 to address two major data breaches that compromised the personal information of nearly 109 million current and former customers. With the claim filing deadline set for December 18, 2025—just weeks away—the window to claim a settlement for as much as $7,500 is narrowing.

You may qualify if you were an AT&T wireless, internet, or landline customer at any point from May 1, 2019, to October 31, 2022, or if your data was leaked. While AT&T maintains it did not engage in wrongdoing, the company opted to settle the class-action lawsuits to resolve the matter efficiently and provide relief to those impacted.
