COLDWATER, Kan. (KAKE) – The Department of Homeland Security has released new details about a Kansas mayor facing election fraud charges.

The DHS said Thursday that 54-year-old Jose “Joe” Ceballos-Armendariz committed several felonies when he illegally voted in numerous elections in the United States.
