CINCINNATI —
Cincinnati has enacted an emergency ordinance imposing a curfew near the University of Cincinnati campus, effective immediately, in response to escalating crime on Short Vine after a series of disturbing incidents.
Short Vine, located just a block from the UC campus, is frequented by students and described as chaotic by the UC chief of police. Business owners along Short Vine are taking steps to clean up the area, but the issues extend beyond litter. Advertisement
