Nickelodeon is canceling its current animated series Dora and Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as part of a major programming strategy overhaul, according to sources familiar with the decision.

Deadline reports that the upcoming seasons of both shows will be their last — information that has also been confirmed on background to NewsNation local affiliate KTLA.

Season 2 of Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to premiere on Paramount+ in December before running on Nicktoon
