ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - The annual Quad Cities Fall Success Fair returned to Rock Island Thursday, marking its 10th year.
The event helps local veterans, citizens and transitioning military members find connections for employment, education, and other services in the Quad Cities area, according to a media release.
Attendees could visit more than 60 tables with employers, resources, and educational organizations officials said.
Business officials said even if veterans don’t find their fit right away, the event still has benefits for people looking for their next chapter.
“You may talk to a business right now that you may not be interested in, but later down the line that could be a new connection that you can make with another businesses because they know other people,” James Stout,
