COLUMBUS, Ohio — Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program recipients in Ohio will receive their full benefits for November, state officials announced Thursday.
According to a release from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the state received guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service to ensure the distribution of the full benefits . Due to previous guidance from FNS, Ohio processed partial SNAP payments for eligible households earlier this month.
ODJFS said it will take "immediate steps to ensure households receive their full November allotments promptly," though the release did not specify an exact issuance date.
