"Concerned citizen" joins police chase of stolen vehicle

Three people were taken into custody Thursday following an afternoon #chase through Los Angeles. The driver and a passenger were taken into custody. A third person who was in a separate white SUV that began chasing the original pursuit vehicle was also taken into custody. #pursuit
