The Green Bay Packers have one of the oldest stadiums in the entire NFL. Lambeau Field is 68 years old, having opened on September 29, 1957.
The oldest stadium in the NFL belongs to their arch-rival, the Chicago Bears. However, it should be noted that they did not actually move in until 1971.
Lambeau Field is going viral this week after the Philadelphia Eagles came in and defeated them. The Eagles traveled to frigid Green Bay and defeated the Packers, 10-7, on Monday Night Football.
It could’ve been a much different outcome if the Eagles weren’t aware of what the Green Bay Packers were running on offense. Following the game, Packers running back Josh Jacobs revealed that Philly knew what play Green Bay was running on a crucial fourth down late in the fourth quarter.
