In the 2020 elections, Manohar Prasad Singh of the INC won by a margin of 21,209 votes. The total registered voters in Manihari for the 2025 elections is 295,654, with an estimated turnout of 80.03%.
Balrampur, also in Bihar, has 18 candidates contesting. The constituency is classified as rural and is part of the Katihar Lok Sabha constituency. Mahboob Alam of CPIMLL won the last election in 2020 by a significant margin of 53,597 votes. The total electorate in Balrampur for the 2025 elections is 346,388, with a voter turnout of 79.35% expected.
