Imphal, November 13 2025: A one-day media workshop 'VARTALAP' on art & culture, youth affairs & sports, and cyber security awareness was held today at Hotel Imphal under the aegis of Press Information Bureau (PIB), Regional Office, Imphal.

The media workshop held under the theme "Capacity Building of Media Persons Working in the State of Manipur" was divided into three technical sessions.

During the first technical session, Arts & Culture Director Dharmadas Sharma spoke on arts and culture.

Youth Affairs & Sports Director Dr Mayengbam Veto presented a paper on youth affairs and sports during the second technical session while Scientist-E of NIELIT Imphal Dr Angom Buboo Singh spoke on cyber security awareness during the third technical session.
