British lawmaker Bernice McLoughlin was spotted “sleeping” during the Conwy County Council Education and Skills Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting in Wales. McLoughlin says she was just resting her eyes, and that she was only a viewer at the meeting and wasn’t actively taking part.
