CLEVELAND — Prior to their first home game in nearly a week, the Cavaliers finally got to pay proper respects to a legendary figure in franchise history.
The team held a moment of silence Thursday night for Basketball Hall of Famer Lenny Wilkens, who died this past Sunday at the age of 89. During a career spanning more than four decades, Wilkens etched his name as one of the NBA's 75 greatest players and 15 greatest coaches , leaving an all-around legacy that remains unmatched in the game today.
