A sawn-off shotgun, knuckleduster and a conducted energy weapon have been seized by police after the arrest of a 20-year-old man on Thursday night.

ACT Policing was alerted by NSW Police at about 11.30pm on November 13, that a vehicle had failed to stop for them and had entered the ACT.

ACT Policing officers located the vehicle, which was stationary in Hume.

Officers located the man, who attempted to flee on foot. With the assistance of an Australian Federal Police (AFP) Canine team, the man was arrested soon after.

Police found a conducted energy weapon and a pair of metal knuckledusters allegedly in the man's possession.
