A 27-year-old daycare teacher in central Pennsylvania was charged with two felonies after police said she broke an infant’s leg earlier this month, according to charging documents.
Around 10 a.m. Nov. 5, Lancaster County Children and Youth Services notified Quarryville Police of a possible instance of child abuse at Shining Stars Childcare.
The victim’s mother told CYS her infant daughter was “inconsolable” when she picked her up from the childcare facility Nov. 3.
