Despite Ramírez being an AL MVP finalist for the first time since 2020, Cleveland’s third baseman ultimately came in third place, with Yankees star Aaron Judge narrowly edging out Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh to take home the league’s top honors. Judge received 17 first-place votes and 13 second-place votes (355 points), while Raleigh ended up getting 13 first-place votes and 17 second-place votes (335 points). Ramírez finished with 19 third-place votes, six fourth-place votes and five fifth-place votes (224 points).
