LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - The truck of a missing Crawfordville man has been discovered in Leon County.

Ian Rogers went missing on Aug. 26, 2024, and was last seen around 9 a.m., leaving a home on Shadeville Road in Crawfordville, according to the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office.

He was driving a work-issued white 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck, per WCSO.

Over a year later, on Nov. 9, Capt. Brett Surace with WCSO said that the truck was found in a “remote wooded area off Old Plank Road, south of Tram Road in Leon County.”

Numerous law enforcement agencies, including WCSO, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, and the Tallahassee Police Department and WCSO’s Crime Scene Unit “processed the area,” according to a statement from WCSO.
