SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - The weather is going to be beautiful over the foreseeable future that is great news for tourists and residents but we need some rain!
We are well below average for the past few months and the prospects for much needed rain is slim to none for the next 8 days. The long range forecast models are showing another cold front not until Saturday Nov. 22nd.
So until then expect to see temperatures staying at or slightly above average (High 80º, Low 60º) through the next 8 days.
Boating weather will be perfect over the upcoming days with seas about 1 foot or less through Sunday. Winds will be light out of the NE at 5-10 kts.
The dry conditions will keep the high fire danger with us will many burn bans in effect or will be going into effect soon.
