Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Heather Gay is getting very candid about the various cosmetic procedures and plastic surgery she’s had done throughout her lifetime.

According to the 51-year-old reality star, she has had an estimated amount of $200,000 worth of work done, per her recent in-depth Bustle interview.

To begin with, Heather says she began getting Botox consistently in her early 30s and gets it quarterly, maybe more if she’s filming the show. Before the show started she got a nose job in 2015 and then had a corrective surgery one year after.
