Mark Turner, who played 67 games with the Komets over three seasons, will be part of the ECHL Hall of Fame Class of 2026, the league announced Thursday.

Turner averaged over a point per game in his eight-season ECHL career, scoring 210 goals and assisting on 336 more in 528 games with five different teams. Turner is 22nd in ECHL history in points, 23rd in assists, and 24th in goals.

Turner's time with the Komets, from 1990 to '92 and '97 to '98, came while the franchise was still part of the IHL. Turner had 14 goals and 17 assists during his time in Fort Wayne.

Other Hall of Fame inductees for the upcoming class include 2006 ECHL MVP Jeff Campbell, the ECHL's all-time winningest coach Jason Christie and three-time Kelly Cup winning goaltender Riley Gill.
