SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – The investigation into 29-year-old Spencer Wilson began in November, after his wife contacted police upon discovering hidden camera photos on his phone from their bathroom during a Halloween party.

After police spoke with Wilson’s wife and a victim who had been secretly photographed during the Halloween party, Wilson was arrested on the afternoon of November 9, and booked into the Spokane County Jail on two counts of voyeurism.

As the investigation continued, police discovered child pornography and other unauthorized videos on Wilson’s phone. Evidence of sexual abuse of an animal was also uncovered, according to court documents.
