Further updates on the Chief Minister’s health are expected as doctors continue to observe his recovery

Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang has been placed under medical observation at the Central Referral Hospital (CRH), Manipal, after he experienced a sudden episode of nose bleeding accompanied by high blood pressure during an event in Rangpo on Thursday evening.

The incident took place midway through the Sikkim Idol Season 2 finale at Rangpo Ground, where the Chief Minister was invited as a special guest. He was immediately rushed to Gangtok for medical care.

According to hospital authorities at CRH, Tamang’s condition is stable, and he is being closely monitored by a team of specialists.
