The San Francisco 49ers are looking to steady themselves after a Week 10 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, which forced them to a 6-4 record. They’ll be receiving a major boost to their offense, as quarterback Brock Purdy has officially addressed the media regarding his injury.

While talking to the media, the quarterback confirmed that surgery on his right toe was never really an option.

“I had a turf toe variation if that’s what you want to call it. But from multiple sources and doctors and everything, they looked at it and they said there’s no need for surgery.”
