MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - Community members gathered to learn about a transportation and economic development study focused on the Aerozone District, the area in and around Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
The Northeast Ohio Area Wide Coordinating Agency, also known as NOACA, initiated the pilot study called Transportation for Economic Development Initiatives, or TEDI. The study is in its infancy stage and likely won’t be complete until the end of next year.
“We initiated a study it’s a pilot study called Transportation for Economic Development Initiatives, we call it TEDI for short. The focus is the Aerozone District as a job hub and the transportation infrastructure that can be leveraged for economic development,” said Grace Gallucci, executive director of the Northeast
