The counting of votes for the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections is going on. As of 12.20 pm, after several rounds of counting, the NDA is leading with 189 seats, the Mahagathbandhan in 50 seats. Nitish Kumar is expected to make a comeback as the CM, once more.

According to several media reports, voting trends at 12.20 pm showed the NDA leading in 189 seats and the Mahagathbandhan in 50. The Bharatiya Janata Party is leading in 86 seats. The JDU is also leading in 76 seats. LJP is leading in 20 seats, while other parties in the NDA are leading in 7.

The RJD and Congress, major parties of the Mahagathbandhan, are leading in 35 and 6 seats respectively, as per India Today.
