BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a Birmingham homicide, authorities said Thursday night.

According to Birmingham Police, 48-year-old Albert Young, of Birmingham, was arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of Jeremiah Stone Nov. 8 in the 1800 block of Henry Crumpton Drive .

Police say Young was taken into custody for certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Young is in custody at the Jefferson County Jail with no bond.
