Counting of votes for the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 began on Friday at 7 am. BJP leader Vijay Sinha had won the seat in 2020 after defeating Amaresh Kumar of the Indian National Congress by 10,483 votes. Sinha is eyeing re-election from the same constituency, and once again, his opponent is Amaresh Kumar. A majority of exit poll results have predicted a victory for the NDA, while a few have projected the Mahagathbandhan as the winner.
