CHENEY, Wash. -- It's almost time for the 18th annual Cheney Turkey Trot!

This annual event is happening on Thursday, Nov. 27 starting at 9 a.m. at Cheney High School.

Walkers and runners of all ages are welcome. People are also encouraged to bring their dogs!

Registration for the race is only $5. You can register online by or in person the day of the event.

Costumes are encouraged. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Cheney Food Bank.
