MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Minot North football enters the AA state championship with an undefeated record and tasked with an Oct. 10 rematch versus Devils Lake.
The Sentinels come into the Dakota Bowl off their only fourth quarter come-from-behind win of the season.
“That’s an emotional win on Friday, but it doesn’t dictate anything that happens this week. We’ve reset, we’ve prepared like we always do,” said Jacob Holmen, head coach.
Minot North has kept its game-week preparation consistent all season. That’s still the case, except for one aspect.
“We went and practiced inside up on base. Just trying to get used to that environment. We played in a cold game on Friday, and you go inside, you worry cramping might be an issue. We’re trying to get ahead of that, and get kids acclimated to some
