Ririe football defeats Aberdeen 14-8, heads to 3A state championship

It was a tense affair at the ICCU Dome for the first semifinal in the 3A football state tournament.

Near the end of the first half, on first and goal from the one-yard line, the No. 5 Aberdeen Tigers were assuredly going to cut into the No. 1 Ririe Bulldogs’ 8-0 advantage.
