While it lines up financing for a massive Hilton hotel and conference center elsewhere in Chesterfield, the region’s biggest private hotelier is keeping its pipeline flowing with plans for another Hilton-brand property at the massive Cloverleigh development taking shape near Brandermill.

Shamin Hotels will develop a Home2 Suites by Hilton as the first of two commercial components of Cloverleigh, the 105-acre, 400-home project being developed by Kettler in the northwest quadrant of the Route 288-Hull Street Road interchange.
