And Dim Sum restaurant is closing after two years in business in Jackson Ward. Its final day of service will be Saturday, Nov. 15.

Owner Liz Kincaid, whose RVA Hospitality also o wns and will continue to operate Tarrant’s, Tarrant’s West and Bar Solita, said she has sold And Dim Sum’s assets to an undisclosed buyer.

And Dim Sum opened in late 2023, offering Chinese dim sum dishes like scallion pancakes, steamed bao buns and nearly a dozen types of dumplings. Kincaid said And Dim Sum was “a 15-year dream,” a passion project that nearly first materialized in Church Hill over a decade ago.

She wound up putting the concept in the space on Brook Road, which had previously been home to Max’s on Broad, a French and Belgian restaurant also owned
