By Friday noon, as the Bihar Assembly election trends trickled in, social media was on fire. That's because the NDA looked headed for a landslide victory, and Chirag Paswan's LJP(RV) playing his part in style. Such was Chirag's performance, some even jumped the gun to declare that he had outshone his father, the late Ram Vilas Paswan. Just like Ravindra Jadeja, who decimates the opposition with his fiery strike rate, Chirag Paswan has dazzled as the finisher in the NDA camp.

Chirag's LJP (RV) was given 29 seats with the bigger partners, the BJP and the JD(U) contesting 101 seats each. With the opening line-up doing their job like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli would have, it was for Chirag's party to see that the victory was sealed. And Chirag did that in style.
