Patna: The National Democratic Alliance moved far ahead in the Bihar assembly election count on Friday, crossing the double century mark in early leads and surprising even the most optimistic exit poll predictions. The strong surge has created a festive mood within NDA camps while the grand alliance is struggling to keep pace.

According to the latest trends from the counting centres across the state, the NDA crossed 200 seats in leads within the first few rounds.
