What does it mean to be “off-centered”?

Delaware Online/The News Journal asked Dogfish Head founders Sam and Mariah Calagione that question at the Delaware beer phenomenon’s 30 th anniversary party, Analog-A-Birthday, in Milton Nov. 8.

“Off-centered means going on your own journey, not following the status quo,” Sam said. “Going on a creative journey to do entrepreneurial things that haven’t been done. Whether its culinary, distilling, brewing or events like Analog, we try to really put our unique creative thumbprint on it instead of copying what’s already out there.”
