LIBERTY — With the influx of new businesses and infrastructure coming to the Mahoning Valley, a solution to the housing shortage has been contributed to, thanks to a new expansion.

On Thursday, Altobelli Real Estate, together with Home & Land Developers, LLC, celebrated the launch of 32 building lots on the north end of Potters Circle in Kline’s Farm, a neighborhood along Belmont Avenue.

Jason Altobelli, a land developer and owner of Altobelli Real Estate, said their partnership with Home & Land Developers is an entity they created many years ago, resulting in various developments in the Valley.

Altobelli said that by creating more housing stock in the area, it’ll help take pressure off preexisting properties.
