Budgam, Nov 14: Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party continues to lead in Budgam-27 Assembly constituency with 20800 votes where NC’s Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi stands at 16293 votes. Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi holds a narrow margin of 4507 votes over National Conference. While counting continues at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Budgam amid tight security arrangements. While previously in the 12th round Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi was leading with 20280 votes.
