Children in Need returns for another year tonight, with the BBC hoping to raise millions of pounds for charities across the country.

The three-hour live show takes place on Friday night and will be presented by Mel Giedroyc, Rochelle Humes, Vernon Kay, Paddy McGuinness, Lenny Rush and Big Zuu.

The fundraising night will consist of a mixture of sketches, performances, and special moments to raise funds for children and young people across the UK.

Broadcast from Media City in Salford , the show will feature collaborations with other BBC titles including Strictly Come Dancing, Gladiators and The Apprentice. Lewis Capaldi is also set to make a special performance during the show.
