National Conference leader and MLA Banihal Sajjad Shaheen inaugurated the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Mangit, a remote village in the Banihal constituency, reaffirming the Government’s resolve to strengthen health infrastructure in rural and far-flung pockets of the Banihal–Gool region.
