National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) reported a 14.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit at ₹110 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared with ₹96 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue rose 12.1% YoY to ₹400 crore from ₹356.7 crore, while EBITDA grew 12.7% to ₹127.5 crore versus ₹113.1 crore in Q2 FY25. The operating margin remained stable at 31.9% against 31.7% in the year-ago period.
Total income for the quarter increased by 19% YoY and 32% sequentially to ₹250.6 crore, driven by a 21% jump in income from investments, which stood at ₹28.1 crore.
The depository also received a dividend of ₹18.3 crore from its subsidiary, NSDL Database Management Ltd (NDML), during the quarter.
