A body has been found in the search for an Edinburgh busker missing for over three months.
The discovery was made in the River Clyde, near Glasgow's Pacific Quay, at 11am on Tuesday, November 4.
Although formal identification is still to take place, the family of missing Lewis Cuthbert has been notified, reports the Daily Record .
The 25-year-old has been known to busk in Glasgow and Edinburgh city centres, and was last seen in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire, on August 4.
An extensive search operation was launched, using significant police resources including specialist search teams, air support drones, and officers searching on quad bikes and using dogs.
