ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are trying to identify the suspects in an alleged April robbery that happened at a MLK Jr. Drive food mart.
APD put out a be-on-the-lookout notice on Wednesday asking for the public's help in identifying two individuals shown on security cameras. A $5,000 reward is available in the case, the department said.
According to APD, the robbery happened on April 14 around 7 p.m. at the Food Mart ZTS location at 3102 MLK Jr. Drive. Video was released of the incident, which can be seen in the video player above this story.
Police say on that date a man told them he'd been walking through the parking lot at the food mart when he was "approached by two unidentified males" who "forcefully knocked his wallet out of his hand and stole around $80 in cash."
