New Delhi: India’s star spinner Kuldeep Yadav has asked the Indian cricket board for a short break later this month with the left-arm wrist-spinner hoping to finalise his long-delayed wedding plans. He is currently waiting for formal approval from the BCCI and as per close source revealed to Times of India that he has requested leave for the last week of November.

This isn’t the first time Kuldeep has run into scheduling trouble. Earlier in the year, he had to call off the original ceremony after the IPL stretched beyond its planned finish because of cross-border tension between India and Pakistan. The revised dates now overlap with a busy phase of India’s home season, making the approval process a bit more delicate.
