LENEXA, Kan. (KCTV) - A Lenexa man has been charged with a child sex crime after a recent arrest.
Matthew Thomas Bray, of Lenexa, was arrested Nov. 10 by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and charged with one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Bray is accused of sex crimes with a child who was born in 2014. Court documents filed in Johnson County allege the crime was committed between Oct. 1, 2024, and June 23, 2025.
A first appearance for Bray was held in court Wednesday and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Johnson County.
His bond was set at $25,000 and posted earlier this week.
