Children's Day, or Bal Diwas, is celebrated on November 14 every year in India. This year, Children's Day 2025 falls on Friday. The day is marked to remember Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister. It is said that he was extremely fond of children and was fondly called Chacha Nehru (Uncle Nehru).
