Sharon Siskie, senior vice president and general manager at Disney Cruise Line, announced through a post on LinkedIn that she will be retiring.

In the post , Siskie said: “After 31 wonderful years with Disney, I’m excited to share that I will retire at the end of January 2026.”

Siskie added that over the next few months, she will be working with her teams to ensure a seamless transition.

“The future is brighter than ever for Disney Cruise Line, and I’ll be cheering loudly as the team continues to reach new horizons,” she stated.

In the post, Siskie explained that the journey with the company has been “an incredible journey,” and she is filled with gratitude for the extraordinary opportunities that she had at Disney.
