FAYETTEVILLE -- If moral losses counted on its record, the University of Arkansas women's basketball team would have suffered its first defeat of the season Thursday night at Walton Arena.
The Razorbacks were sluggish on both ends of the court but prevailed in a 68-60 victory over Southeastern Louisiana. It came one week after the Lady Lions (1-2) were blown out at No. 5 LSU 115-26 in a game they trailed 61-6 at halftime.
Arkansas (4-0) kept its unbeaten start to the season intact entering Sunday's game at Texas Tech. Tipoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. Central at United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas.
But should the Razorbacks have a repeat of Thursday's performance when they face the Lady Raiders, it could make for a long afternoon.
