CHICAGO — A Chicago man known for serially punching women in the Loop area, seemingly at random, has been arrested and charged again, this time with two felony counts of aggravated battery in a public place.
William Livingston, 32, was arrested Wednesday in the 2600 block of South California Boulevard by members of the Chicago Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, according to Chicago police.
Police say Livingston was identified as the person who struck two women, a 40-year-old and a 29-year-old, on June 12 in the 2700 block of North Clark Street. He was placed in custody and charged
